Stage 6 - Monitoring & Improving

Through our experience, we have an in-depth knowledge of how each of the main search engines work and what factors lead to high rankings. We concentrate our efforts on a long-term strategy that will achieve and generally retain high rankings over a sustained period. However, the search engine landscape is ever changing so we do need to adapt your strategy over time. Usually we are able to predict changes that are on the horizon and we are therefore able to react in a pre-emptive manner.

Whilst maintenance is an important part of the post-submission process, there will always be things that can be done to improve rankings. Typically in this stage we will start using some more subtle techniques to further increase traffic. Thus we gradually build on the solid base that we created in stages 1 to 5.

We will also carry out log analysis of your site’s traffic. This will allow us to fine tune our keyword targeting as well as identify new opportunities. It will also provide interesting insights into your site’s capability to convert traffic to sales. This usually results in the identification of under performing sections of your site.
